We ship anywhere in Europe and most International countries. Orders ship from our Barcelona Store.



HANDLING

Once your order has been processed you will receive a tracking number and details via email. The average transit times are as follows (please consider extra time for your customs check):




We use Fed-Ex for international shipments. Andrea Amores Jewelry is not responsible for any lost packages through your Country's Postal Service. For orders below that, rates are calculated at checkout and can vary widely depending on the address and rate chosen.

Jewelry can sometimes take extra time going through customs, which may add some time to your shipment.
All customs and duty fees are the customer's responsibility to pay. Duties and taxes vary by country. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions regarding the duty fee for your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable, which includes returns, package rejection upon arrival and/or failure to pay duty fees.

Please ensure your address is correct as Andrea Amores Jewelry cannot be held responsible for any delays or lost packages due to an incorrect address.



ORDER INFO/UPDATES

Once your order is placed, you will be redirected to an order status page that you can refer back to at any time. Bookmark it! You will also immediately receive a confirmation email, and then subsequent notification emails or/and SMS as soon as your order ships, is out for delivery, and is finally delivered.

Delivery is made Monday to Friday at working hours. If you are not at home we recommend an alternative adress. If you choose to refuse your order package, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our spanish address. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. If the costs are bigger than the cost of merchandise your order will be abandoned.

We are based in Spain (Europe), so please note that the customer is responsible for payment of any extra duties, customs, import charges or taxes imposed by the destination country for delivery. No charges or customs will be applied to orders delivered to countries within the European Union.

Please double check all personal and postage details when completing your order as Andrea Amores Jewelry does not take responsibility for missing packages (phone number, correct email, door number, ...). We may not accepted deliver to PO.
